• "Service" refers to the Fr88o logistics and fleet management platform, including all features such as real-time tracking, invoicing, trip management, expense tracking, document management, and paystub management.

• "Content" refers to all data, information, text, documents, and materials uploaded or generated through the Service.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for any loss of data.
By using our real-time tracking features, you consent to the collection and processing of location data from your devices and vehicles. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from drivers and personnel whose locations are tracked. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding employee monitoring and location tracking.
Use of the Service may require payment of subscription fees. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all fees incurred.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if payments are not received on time. We may charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
• Error-free or uninterrupted operation

We do not warrant that location tracking will be 100% accurate or that the Service will meet all your requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Errors in location tracking or trip data
• Unauthorized access to your data
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fr88o, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; (d) your content; or (e) your violation of any applicable laws.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and content after a reasonable period. You may request an export of your data before termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
